Pigs gone, rubbish up

A sobering warning about the dangers of thinking with the brain stem when acting against swine flu. Perhaps the Cairo authorities are sitting pretty, musing: ‘you’ll change your tune when the second wave hits’. Still, you’d think that the risk of mass infection through such unsanitary living would balance that out.

(These problems can be remarkably long-lived.)
